The workshop will begin on Monday September 26th at 8:30 am and will be closed on Friday September 30th at noon.
Traditionally the Colloque will cover the range of topics addressed at GANIL :
· Nuclear structure
· Reaction mecanism
· Nuclear astrophysics
· Weak interaction
· Interdisciplinary research
A particular emphasis will be put this year on links between current scientific activities and SPIRAL2.
- The programme will consist in invited talks, contributed talks and poster presentations.
A detailed version of the scientific programme will be on line from Monday 24th June 2013.
To favour informal exchanges in a relaxed atmosphere, and to allow the organization of collaborations or other meetings, the afternoons will be free of talks up to 16:00.
A poster session will be organised on Tuesday 24th September to allow a complete discussion of the research programmes performed at GANIL in recent years. An introductory session will allow all participants presenting a poster to introduce their work. These “mini presentations” will be strictly limited to 2 minutes.
In addition, Friday morning will be devoted to the open session of a common meeting of the SPIRAL 2 Scientific Advisory Committee and the GANIL Scientific Council.
In order to preserve the informal character of the colloquium and to stimulate presentation of innovative ideas, no proceedings will be published. Review talks are planned with ample time scheduled for discussion. These reviews will be followed by shorter contributions presenting the latest results.
