Nuclear structure calculation at large domain of excitation energy
Chavdar Stoyanov (Sofia Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences)
The microscopic quasiparticle-phonon model (QPM) is applied to study
the properties of the excited states of atomic nuclei in large domain
of excitation energy. The following topics are included:
- The correlation entropy as a measure of the complexity of high-
lying single-particle mode. - Microscopic description of mixed-symmetry states.
- Dipole excitations - low-lying, Pygmy resonance etc.
