Résumé Abstract
Since 2004, an intense program of Coulomb excitation was initiated at REX-ISOLDE on isotopes near Z=28.
These experiments benefit from the intensity and purity of the beams that can be delivered at ISOLDE in this interesting region of the nuclear chart.
An overview will be given of the experiments that have been done, the beam development that was needed to achieve the results and the most recent developments that were done on the in-trap decay prior to post-acceleration.
The emphasis will be put on the Coulomb excitation of the neutron rich zinc isotopes, the comparison of these results to shell model calculations and future experiments which are proposed on these isotopes. Next to that, the recent results on Coulomb excitation of $^{61,62}$Fe will be presented, which were achieved with a pioneering experiment utilizing in-trap decay of manganese isotopes prior to post-acceleration.
